Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, a full refund cannot be granted. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase: a restocking fee of 25% (on the unit price) will be applied. Items must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and an approval form, for the return to be processed. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting Santor's Customer Service via our Contact page or at info@santor.com. Items returned without an RMA form may be refused or their processing delayed.

Items are inspected upon receipt. Products received by Santor in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return:

  • Any product for which the serial number, model number, or manufacturer's part number information, engraved directly on the product itself or on a label, is damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, cables, and all other items initially included with the product. Returns of products in this state may result in a restocking fee or be rejected.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that appears to have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
